Halfway, you can spend a day on Lake Orta to appreciate the island of San Giulio, which can be reached by boat from Pella, with its beauties the church dedicated to the Twelve Apostles where there is the famous ambo and cloistered monastery. Taking back the boat you reach Orta San Giulio where after a visit to its historic center, you climb towards the Sacro Monte (UNESCO heritage) with its finely decorated chapels. You reach the hamlet of Legro, with its murals dedicated to Italian and European cinema.
