De Medici rice-factory was born just after the first World War. It is a family businnes specialized in working the best qualities of Italian rice, grown in Piedmont, Lombardy and Veneto regions. We have been in this field for more than 3 generations; consequently we are able to offer our costumers genuine and high quality products. Our working is still based on old craft traditions, such us stone-hulling that, combined to modern technologies and techniques, allows us to obtain highly-selected products.
